All of my pictures are original ideas that have come to me in my journey to reconnect to my inner creator and artist. As a child I often spent countless hours creating and exploring the great outdoors. Many of my original works are inspired by nature, however some are purely intuitive.

I firmly believe that using creative outlets can be an integral tool in our own healing and mental health journeys. This is because the use of creative outlets is essentially providing a space to express and feel emotions, work out problems, or simply provide a tool to tune in to our bodies.
